Fencing Lessons Northern Virginia | Cardinal Fencing Academy

Our fencing programs introduce the Ashburn, Sterling, Reston and other Northern Virginia/Loudoun/Fairfax County area students to the many benefits of this Olympic sport. Beyond the fitness benefits, fencing promotes intellectual development, decision making skills, self discipline and confidence. All taught in a safe, supportive environment. First visit is always free.

Beginners welcome all year. If you have some experience already, please contact us and we will find the best program for your age and level. We offer flexible enrollment, so if you miss a week or two, we will assign you an assistant coach and catch you up.

Our club has programs for ages six to eighty+ at all levels from beginners and recreational fencers all the way up to the World Championships team and Olympic hopefuls.

Once you get a feel for the sport and are exploring your options please take a look here for what to do next.
